Order Processing

All orders for items available for immediate shipment are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

For made-to-order items, production time is typically  specified in the product description or agreed upon in a personal conversation.

Shipping Carriers

We only use DPD nationally in Portugal and all through Europe, charging a base price and only goes higher with significant higher weights. Since we are only shipping in Europe, we think DPD is the perfect balance between shipping times and cost for now.

Delivery Times

• 1 to 3 business days in Portugal
• 2 to 6 business days in Europe

Please note that while most parcels arrive on time and tracking provides accurate information, delays can occur for a variety of reasons. Delivery times may also be longer around Christmas due to increased parcel volumes.

It is important that buyers provide complete and accurate shipping address and contact information (including email address and phone number).

This information is essential for smooth shipping and delivery so no unessential delays would happen.

If we encounter any issues during delivery, such as: missing house number, incorrect zip code, or similar concerns, we may contact you via email to find a solution.

Packaging

Packaging the dyes or any other powders, we use paper bags with zip locks. The main reason is that we are trying to use the least amount of plastic or non recyclable materials. In addition, technically they are able to protect the powders from the elements and provide maximum amount of storage for you.

On these bags, there are sticking labels that we worked with different artists, providing the name and size of the package.

Regarding shipping, we use 100% recyclable padded paper envelopes for smaller orders and cardboard boxed for bigger orders.

Packaging tape is only used to close cardboard boxes, and we make our best to choose compostable tape.
